Older and wiser

Hello guys :)

When you grow older, you get wiser.

Ermmmm im not so sure that i can completely agree about this statement because i think that if only u grow older but not having knowledge and experience, i really don't think that only with age you will become wiser.

Of coz, when we grow older, we will experience a lot of things and we will learn new things. But, it is not like we covered most of the issue in our life right? Different people experience different thing and different people learned different things. Various things happened for various reasons. We cannot similarize our situation with other's situation. What we can do is take as much as possible the lesson learned from the other's life experience. Hence, we must seek plenty of knowledge also.

As i said, knowledge is important. For an example some people will take road A as the solution. They never know road B is the better option. But for the other people who had knowledge the road B is a better choice, the definitely will choose road B. This is when knowledge become our bestie. Thus, we should seek knowledge. And age is not a mandatory criteria to seek knowledge. Older age doesn't mean that you have more knowledge and younger age doesn't mean that you have lesser knowledge. It is depend on YOU. You are the one who have the power to choose either to become wise or dumb. Not your age.

P/s: forever be young but wiser! :)

Ideal weight for pregnancy

Hi guys :)

Eventhough i am still young, single mingle and of coz never experience any pregnancy (but i wish in some day :)), now i want to share u about ideal weight of pregnancy (..hewhew).

If u are getting pregnant and notice some weight gain, relax! Don't panic and be cool about that because it is totally normal and good for you and your baby :D

Good huhh having bumps here and there? Yes it is good. Why did i said that?

First, ur baby's growth and development is solely depent on the weight u put on. Second, u can lower ur risk of having hemorrhoid(buasir), stretch mark, varicose vein(urat timbul), backache, fatigue, indigestion, and shortness of breath during pregnancy, of coz if u gain weight steadily within recommended bounderies.

What is the ideal weight gain during pregnancy?

It is depend on ur body type. If u have nausea and vomitting, u gain weight less because of less appetite and less eat. But don't worry, nausea and vomitting usually stop when u enter 2nd trimester. Thats why majority of weight gain occur during 2nd n 3rd trimester. Normal whole weight gain should be between 10-12 kg averagely(depend on ur BMI).

Too little weight gain, ur baby will not get enough nourishment for his/her growth. Too much will cause gestational diabetes, pre-eclamsia (hypertension induced by pregnancy), or having a difficult delivaries.

For someone who is underweight, you should gain at least 12.5-18 kg. For someone in normal BMI, 11.5-16 kg should be enough. And for some who is overweight, 7-11.5 kg is good. Obese person should gain recommended weight of 6.8 kg.

I hope these little information can help u a little bit about what u doubt about. For more explanation, please view this website:

Flower bath (mandi bunga)

Have u heard something called flower bath (mandi bunga)? Yeah the thing that usually folks will do it before the wedding? Like the cute Lisa Surihani do before her wedding? Remember now? Hee yes for our generation this is something not really familiar with us. This is a kind of therapy actually (like aromatherapy) but this time we use flowers,

What is flower bath actually? First, collect 7 different kind of flowers consist of 7 different colours (u can take red roses, white jasmeen, blue daisies) and put them into a pile of water and leave it for a night. Then, take a bath with that afterwards. That so simple right? Hewhew..

But for muslim, can we do flower bath? Yes u can. Unless that flower bath consist of some charm which is really againts our religion. Understood so far? Hee

How is it work? For sciences, when we soaked the flowers overnight, some kind of colour vibration transmitted by the flowers will be absorbed by the water. When we take the bath, we absorb that vibration from the water. Do you know our aura (vibration n energy surrounding our body) consist of 7 layers of different kind of colours? It is believe that if we get sick, it is because of those layers are leaking. That why we use 7 different kind of flower of 7 different colours. It is like copy n paste :)

What is the benefits of flower bath? For the elders, they believe this flower bath can uplift your beauty and enhance your spirit and they always do this flower bath before wedding. Some said, this flower bath can also expelled bad luck from bodies. Some just do this for fun as u will smell very good and get a refresh body after taking this flower bath :D

P/s: i had also experienced this flower bath. It is fun! Ermm kucing mandi bunga jgk?! =.=
